In 1936 Thomas T. Pariseleti started a construction business in
Hartford, Connecticut specializing in industrial and commercial
renovations. He later expanded into residential construction.
In 1963 Tom Pariseleti entered the construction business and began
building upper end custom homes in Avon Connecticut.
In 1972 Tom formed a partnership with fellow developer Hill Colbert,
they developed, built and managed many commercial and residential
projects including The Office Green, a 150,000 square foot office
complex, River Run, a 124 unit apartment complex and Canton
Hollow Condominiums. Together Tom and Hill also developed and
built numerous custom homes in the area.
The Pariseleti's moved to Florida in 1996. Tom along with his two
sons, Erik and Christofer, have been building some of the finest homes
in Palm Beach and Martin County. Christofer, a Certified Building
Contractor, is in charge of the construction and Erik, along with his
wife Michelle and business partner Brewster Kump, handle the
marketing.
